Terms and Conditions for Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC HVAC Services 

1. Scope of Services 

Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services as agreed upon in the written estimate or service agreement. Any additional services or materials not included in the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges. 

2. Estimates and Pricing 

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. 

Pricing is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work required beyond the initial scope. Any changes will be communicated to the customer for approval. 

3. Payments 

A deposit of 50% is required prior to starting work.   

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

Late payments may incur a late fee rate of $25 per month. 

4. Warranty 

Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC provides a warranty of 6 months on labor and 1 year on installation services. 

Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment and parts. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.  Manufacturer warranties are 10 years on install.

5. Customer Responsibilities   

Customers must ensure access to the property and equipment.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any existing issues or conditions that may impact the work (e.g., asbestos, electrical problems).  

6. Liability 

Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Damage caused to property due to pre-existing conditions or equipment failure is not the responsibility of Ashley's Heating and Cooling LLC. 

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  

A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for late cancellations.   

8. Limitations of Service  

Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if customers fail to meet their responsibilities under this agreement.   

9. Dispute Resolution  

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ohio.  

10. Changes to Terms 

Ashley’s Heating and Cooling LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The latest version will be made available to customers upon request or on our website.  

11. Acceptance 

By scheduling services or signing a service agreement, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
